The Right Reverend Richard Douglas Harries is a Church of England bishop, currently the Bishop of Oxford.
He made the appointment of Jeffrey John as Bishop of Reading in 2003, from which Jeffrey John subsequently withdrew amid controversy over homosexual clergy.
