Richard Lewis Page (born 22 February 1941) is a member of Parliament in the United Kingdom. He represents Hertfordshire South West for the Conservative Party. He won this seat in a 1979 by-election, having previously been MP for Wokingham from 1976. He was a junior minister under John Major.
