Rick Adams (born October 16 1971) is a British television presenter.
Adams began his career in local radio in Bournemouth before moving into TV. He worked first for Nickelodeon before moving to the BBC to present Reactive. He transferred to ITV to head up Crazy Cottage. His most high profile was that of presenting The Big Breakfast in 1997. He presented alongside former swimming superstar Sharron Davies but the pair failed to prevent the show haemorrhaging viewers. He now works as a DJ on a kids radio show by Kol (Aol for kids).
