Brisbane's tallest and skyline bandit, the Riparian Plaza, is 200m tall and will be the tallest until the completition of the Aurora Tower which will be only a few months afterwards.
The total amount of cost of the massive project was a staggering $100 million Australian dollars and was in doubt after many complaints from local residents including those of commercial.
A Recreation centre including a luxurious swimming pool on 39th floor along with 5-star penthouses, will be available to the residents of Brisbane but will cost them a fortune.
The controversial building was scheduled to be completed in a record 100 weeks.
Riparian Plaza will include a car park and ground tower which is very familiar to the San Siro Stadium entry way into the stadium.
The Building is located inside the central business district on Brisbane.
