Robert Storm Petersen (1882-1949) called Storm P. was a Danish comic drawer. He is most known for his Storm P-machines which are drawing of machines that through a series of actions deliver a simple action. Also well know are the 4 men and the number man; Peter and Ping; 1 picture comics called fluer (flies) - often including a vagabond.
