Ronsdorf is a district of the German town Wuppertal with a population of about 22.500. Ronsdorf was first documented in 1494 and in 1745 it becames the status of a town. It was founded only a few years before by Elias Eller. Since 1929 Ronsdorf belongs to Wuppertal .
The famous "Gerrit-de-Haas-street" is famoused by the GWG.
