Rueifang (瑞芳) is an urban township in the eastern part of Taipei County, Taiwan Province of the Republic of China. Mining was an important industry in Rueifang in the early 20th century. That includes gold mining in Jioufen (九份) and Jinguashih (金瓜石); coal mining in Houtong (猴硐). These mining sites become popular tour sites after 1990.
Transportation
Gongliao is served by the Yilan Line Railroad of Taiwan Railway Administration. There are three stations in Rueifang Township: Rueifang, Houtong, and Sandiaoling.
