Rumiko Takahashi (高橋 留美子 Takahashi Rumiko, October 10, 1957 - ) is a Japanese manga artist.

Takahashi is one of the wealthiest women in Japan. Her stories are very popular in the United States where they have been released as both manga and anime in English translation.
