S/2002 N 4 is a natural satellite of Neptune. It was discovered by Matthew J. Holman, et al. and Brett J. Gladman, et al. in 2003 from pictures taken in 2002. It orbits Neptune at a distance of 48.837 Gm, making it the most distant known moon of any planet. S/2002 N 4 is about 60 kilometres in diameter.
