SIGCOMM - Definition and Overview

SIGCOMM is the Association for Computing Machinery's Special Interest Group on Data Communications, which specializes in the field of communication and computer networks. It is also the name of an annual conference, organized by SIGCOMM.

SIGCOMM also produces two refereed journals, Computer Communication Review (which appears quarterly), and IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, which appears bi-monthly (the latter co-sponsored with IEEE).
