SNK Playmore - Definition

SNK Playmore is a Japanese video game company, successor to SNK. In 2001(found the company), its name is Playmore and changed to current name in 2003.

At SNK's bankrupt, they knocked down their intellectual property rights and became facto successor of them. They caused the lawsuit of five affairs to the intellectual-property-rights infringement and so on by Aruze -one of loser of the bid- , and have won the case in interlocutory decision. However, these friction, such as a retaliatory prohibition claim by Aruze, are also likely to continue from now on.
