Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church is the Catholic parish for the Dubuque County, Iowa town of Sherrill. The parish is part of a cluster in that they share a pastor and other facilities with several nearby parishes.

The parish was founded in the 1850's. Prior to the founding of the parish, residents living in the Sherrill area needed to travel to Dubuque to attend mass. This was a distance of about 15 miles one way - which was a considerable distance at the time. In response to this, Bishop Loras founded the parish.
