Santiam Pass is a mountain pass in the Cascade Range in central Oregon in the United States. It is located on the border between Linn and Jefferson counties, approximately 35 mi (56 km) northwest of Bend, between Three Fingered Jack to the north and Mt. Washington to the south. U.S. Highway 20 passes over the pass, connecting Bend with the valley of the Santiam River on the west.
