Sariel (archangel) - Definition and Overview

Sariel is one of the archangels mainly on the Judaic and Islamic traditions. Considered to working along side of Raguel ; differently has warrior abilities.

Some considered that his name was written upon the shields of the fighting forces of heaven, even though this contradicts the peace in heaven. Representing courage, self control and tolerance; Sariel is a wisdom angel ruling over vision and wisdom.

While Sariel represents "guidance" in Sumerian traditions; in Talmud he is an angel of death. His name also appears on Gnostic amulets. Upon the sun signs, he represents Aries
