Schilde is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality comprises the towns of Schilde proper and 's Gravenwezel. On January 1st, 2004 Schilde had a total population of 19,652 (9,619 males and 10,033 females). The total area is 35.99 km² which gives a population density of 546.05 inhabitants per km².
