 SeaLand Technology - Definition

SeaLand Technology, Inc., was founded in 1984 with manufacturing facilities in Big Prairie, Ohio and corporate headquarters in Elkhart, Indiana. The company is now a part of the Domestic Sanitation Systems of Domestic Corporation. It is a leading international supplier of specialty refrigeration and sanitation products and systems for use away from home.

SeaLand Products

Dometic Sanitation Systems markets SeaLand® and VacuFlush® marine and recreation vehicle sanitation systems. Dometic now has production facilities in 10 countries, its own sales and marketing corporations in 35 countries, plus approximately 65 distributors globally. Dometic employs more than 4,000 people worldwide, and is wholly owned by EQT, a leading private equity group in Northern Europe.

Mobile Sanitation

The Sealand® ceramic Low Flush Toilet has a household size seat and lid with enlarged opening and flushes with as little as one pint of water. This results in a minimum of sloshing during mobility. Water can be added via a connection to a pressurized water supply (20-40 PSI), a gravity feed, or it can be manually added.
