Seaside, Florida is an unincorporated master-planned community on the Florida panhandle roughly midway between Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Panama City, Florida. It was developed by builder/developer Robert Davis and designed by architects/new urbanists Andrés Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk. Seaside is located in Walton County, Florida.

The city is often criticized as being a poor example of city planning and New Urban design because it has devolved into almost solely a vacation community for rich part-time residents. Other planned communities, like Celebration, Florida, learned from Seaside and responded to this problem by requiring property owners to live there most of the year.

The movie The Truman Show was filmed in Seaside.
