Seiyo (西予市 -shi) is a city located in Ehime, Japan.
The city is a city which amalgamated on an equal basis and got Akehama-cho in Higashi-Uwa, Uwa-cho, Nomura-cho, Shirokawa-cho, and Mikame-cho, Nishi-Uwa-gun on April 1, 2004.
As of 2004, the city has an estimated population of 47,217 and the density of 91.81 persons per km². The total area is 514.78 km².
