Sheepscar is the main interchange for north Leeds's local roads, and consists of nothing much but dual carriageways, traffic islands, complex junctions, industrial units and car showrooms, though there is a sex shop and a nightclub. It is overlooked by the tower blocks of Little London and Lovell Park to the west, and gives way to Meanwood in the north-west, Chapeltown in the north-east and Burmantofts in the east.
