Sheldon Jackson College - Definition and Overview

Sheldon Jackson College is a small college in Sitka, Alaska. Founded in 1878, it is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in Alaska.

It is named in honor of Sheldon Jackson, an early missionary and educational leader in Alaska.
