Shenzhen Airlines - Definition and Overview

Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. is a People's Republic of China domestic budget airline based in Baoan International Airport, Shenzhen, Guangdong. It was founded in 1992, and currently operates 20 aircraft, all of which are various versions of 737. As of 2004 it runs more than 40 routes, mostly from Shenzhen with 7 routes from Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou. It serves primarily smaller airports in second tier cities such as Nanning and Wuxi. It one of the most profitable airlines in China.
