Shevat, Shebat or Shvat (שְׁבָט, Standard Hebrew Šəvat, Tiberian Hebrew Šəḇāṭ: from Akkadian Šabātu) is the fifth month of the ecclesiastical year and the eleventh month of the civil year on the Hebrew calendar. It is a winter month of 30 days.
