Shiichan is an anonymous bulletin board system, made by Shii for the 4chan forums. It is based on the software that runs the japanese BBS 2ch. Thus it allows for pseudonymous "registration"-like features without storing any user information in a database. Most importantly, it makes it possible to create boards without having to tinker with the filesystem. It is written in PHP and the source code has been released under the GNU GPL.
