Shimoda, Aomori - Definition

This article is about the town in Kamikita District, Aomori Prefecture. Shimoda is also a city in Shizuoka Prefecture.

Shimoda (下田町; Shimodamachi) is a town located in Kamikita District, Aomori, Japan.

In 2003 the town had an estimated population of 14,130 and a population density of 280.13 persons per km². The total area of the town is 50.44 km².
