Shooto boxing (シュートボクシング)is a new martial art which is not only kicking and punching, but also is allowed to use throwing and standing submission. And it was developped from kickboxing by Caesar Takeshi.
Punching ,kicking and throwing are allowed to be used in Shoot boxing.
