Param Mahasiddha Avatar Sri Alakhpuriji, one of the immortal Rishis and Guru of
Paramyogeshwar Sri Devpuriji, sometimes lived in the Siddha Dhuni or Siddha Dham Ashram in the Himalayas, between the two pilgrim-places Kedarnath and Badrinath, but mostly in the mountain range of Shambhu Pancha Atala Akhara, according to the book Sri Lila-Amrit, the biography of Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji, written by Dharmsamrat Paramhans Swami Madhavananda.
Sometimes in visible form and sometimes invisible, the seven Rishis - according to the Yoga philosophy - are present on earth for many centuries protecting it. Their age is unknown. Coming from Satya Loka - in the Yoga philosophy known as the highest cosmic level of truth and absolute reality - they are standing above all conditions of the material world and they are capable of changing their body at will.
