The Sinhala alphabet is used to write the Sinhala language. It is a modified Nagari abugida which is composed almost entirely of curlicues. It is different enough from the other Nagari scripts that its Unicode page does not match theirs. Sinhala in UnicodeThe Unicode range for Sinhala is U+0D80 ... U+0DFF.
