The Socialist Party of Albania (Albanian: Partia Socialiste e Shqipërisë) is the current ruling political party of Albania. It currently has 73 MPs in the Albanian parliament out of a total of 140, giving it a very slim majority.
It is the legal successor to the ruling Communist Party of Albania party, the Albanian Labor Party. It is a member of the Socialist International, and is currently led by Albanian Prime Minister, Fatos Nano.
