South Elmsall is a small town in Yorkshire, nestling between Wakefield to the north and Doncaster to the south. It has a lively market and good transport links having its own train station. The town was (like so many in the area) a pit village but now with the many new housing estates becoming something of a dormitory town as it has a railway station on the Wakefield line giving it commuter links to Leeds and London (via Doncaster).
