Sister Stanislaus Kennedy, or Sister Stan, is an Irish Sister of Charity and the founder, in 1985, of the homelessness charity Focus Ireland. She is its Life President. In 1997 she was appointed by President Mary McAleese as a member of the Council of State and she served until 2004.
