Starchild is a term invented by ufologists to describe an alien child or an alien-human hybrid child found on Earth. The concept was popularized by the discovery of several severely deformed skulls that ufologists claim have alien origins.
Also, it is the English language translation for the fictional Kryptonian language name of Kal-El.
