Stephen Collins (born October 1, 1947) is an American actor. He is probably best known for his role as Reverend Eric Camden on the television series 7th Heaven.
He is also the author of two novels: Eye Contact (1994) and Double Exposure (1998).
Though he plays a pastor on the television series 7th Heaven, he is actually Jewish.
