Steve Bucknor - Definition and Overview

Stephen Anthony Bucknor (born May 31, 1946, Jamaica), popularly known as Steve Bucknor, has been an international cricket umpire since March 18, 1989.

He has the reputation of taking his time in making decisions - his trademark slow raising index finger is known throughout the cricket world.
