Steven Curnow - Definition and Overview

Steven Curnow, (August 24, 1984 – April 20, 1999), was the youngest victim of the Columbine High School massacre in Littleton, Colorado. At the time of the shooting, Steven was sitting at one of the computer desks in the Library at Columbine High School when student Eric Harris, one of the perpetrators of the attack, shot him in the neck as he hid under the desk. He was an avid Star Wars fan and was anxiously awaiting the release of Episode One, which was due to premier on May 19 of that year. He had seen the movies so many times he could recite the dialogue with the actors. He dreamed of becoming a Top Gun Navy Pilot. At the premier of Episode One in theatres, Star Wars fans dedicated the film to Steven. He was fourteen (14) years old.
