A small team of experts behind Frankie Bones vision. Some played bigger parts then others. It took about a team of 12 to come together and network through small 4x6
flyers to reach as many people as they could with the message: "Hardcore, You Know The Score." Soon Thousands of young adults would find up to 8 hours of a day spent
on Interstate 95 from as far away as Virginia and Maine.
All to come to a vacant warehouse that never had that many people in it, and never had sound. That is where PLUR began under its original P.L.U.M. title. STORM Ravers would spread the message by giving out Literature, Candy, Toys and every person
involved belonged. It was the Peace, Love and Unity Movement. Movement over
Respect. Because all the PLUR in the world is useless if it is standing still. The
Respect thing was added later, however being created out of a Brooklyn enviornment
Peace, Love, Unity were the components. When all three are realized, Respect is
the sum of all three.
PLUR came to be out of a love for people and the sound of Electronic Music. People
will remember it as Hardcore, however it was not really anything more then Extreme.
We had to make a mark to make people remember, and they did... -F. Bones
