StunTour
is an SSL plugin for the IRC-client mIRC.
This plugin is widely used by users of SSL-enabled networks like LinkNet since it is extremely easy to install and requires no further user interaction to do it's job.
StunTour will automatically wrap mIRC connections on certain preset SSL-ports into an SSL-tunnel. This allows your client to connect as usual to other non-SSL networks. The SSL-tunnel keeps the communication between you and the server encrypted, effectively making it impossible to tap.
