East Kaiōshin is a fictional character of the mangaDragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z and the anime Dragon Ball Z and is the only surviving Kaiōshin of Buu's assault. Afterwards, he is typically called only Kaiōshin or Supreme Kai, since he is there are no others to confuse him with.
His loyal companion is Kibito, who is not Kaiōshin himself; they fuse together using the Kaiō fusion earrings and become Kibitoshin.
