TECO - Definition and Overview

TECO may be:

• The acronym for the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, the Republic of China (Taiwan) representations in countries that has no diplomatic relations.

• The acronym for a computer text editor called Text Editor and Corrector.

• A generic word used by professional builders for joist hangers, after the TECO company of Chevy Chase, MD and their products (joist hangers), which originated the product and operated from about 1933 until their liquidation by USP in 1995.
