An acronym used for Total Quality Management.
In Mexico, TQM is an acronym commonly used in informal written letters and stands for "te quiero mucho" which means: "I care about you very much". Note: Even if the literal translation would be "I want you very much" the significance given in Spanish to the expression is nearer to the first translation than the latter.
