The next generation of mobile armor of the Earth Alliance. While its outer appearance and its weaponry system is similar to that of TS-MA2mod.00 Moebius Zero, the technology it features is far more advanced.

It is equipped with two railguns, a quadruple missle pod, and four all range attack pods that can be remotely controlled by the pilot. These pods include beam guns and beam cutters, allowing the pilot not only to simultaneously attack the enemy from different angle and range but also to close in on the enemy when the beam cutter is activated.

This prototype mobile armor is piloted by Neo Lorrnoke, commander of the OMNI elite force sent to capture the three new Gundam prototypes developed by ZAFT. It first saw action in 73 CE when Lorrnoke went out in this mobile armor to buy some more time for his team members to escape from Armory One.
