Tappara is a Finnish ice hockey team playing in SM-liiga based at Tampereen jäähalli (capacity 8070), Tampere. Established in 1955, they were a reform of the club TBK, acronym of Tammerfors Bållklubben. Today, full name of the club is Tamhockey Oy.
