Telchar is a fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium.

Telchar was a Dwarf of Nogrod in the Blue Mountains. He was one of the greatest smiths of Middle-earth. Among his works were Angrist, Narsil, and the Helm of Hador.
