Ten High is a brand of Bourbon whiskey. Unlike other whiskies in its price range, notably Canadian whiskies, Ten High is not blended with neutral spirits. It is fairly smooth, with little aftertaste, and is widely considered to be quite drinkable.
According the label, it has been in production since 1879.
