Terry Scott - Definition and Overview

Terry Scott (May 4, 1927-July 26, 1994) was a comedian who appeared in seven Carry On films. He also appeared in the BBC's domestic sitcom Terry and June with June Whitfield.

Scott was born in Watford, studied accounting, and served in the navy during World War II.

He was also the voice actor for Penfold the hamster in the animated series Dangermouse, alongside David Jason as the title character. He claimed that he did no more of the Carry On films because he was too busy with other projects.

He died in Surrey.
