Thalia Assuras is a Canadian journalist and news anchor.
Assuras was born in London, Ontario. At the University of Western Ontario she earned a bachelor of science degree in microbiology and immunology and a master's degree in journalism.
She has worked for CITY-TV Global Television. From 1992 to 1993 she worked for CTV before moving to ABC. In 1997 she moved to CBS.
She was awarded the Marie Torre Memorial Award in 2001.
