The Bay Boy is a 1984 movie set in the 1930s in Nova Scotia, Canada. Kiefer Sutherland, in his first starring role, plays a sixteen year old Christian boy who witnesses a murder.
While trying to keep it a secret he has some interesting experiences which include: having a priest come on to him, running from the man he saw kill someone else (the killer is also a police officer), and having sex with the killer's daughter. Through all this, Kiefer's character is studying to become a priest.
The film's cast also includes Alan Scarfe, Liv Ullmann, Peter Donat and Leah Pinsent.
