The Jamie Kennedy Experiment is a half-hour-long American television show on the WB Network. The host and star of the show is Jamie Kennedy, a comedian who presents a reality format which combines a hidden camera with sketch comedy.

Kennedy travels across the U.S. and finds people to participate in on-camera practical jokes ("experiments"). Usually there is at least one accomplice (who is in on the joke) and the "mark" or victim of the prank (usually a friend or relative of the accomplice). Kennedy dons one of several disguises and assumes a character of his own creation to be part of the gag, often using a different voice. The mark then finds himself in some bizarre, unbelievable situation. When it appears that the mark has had as much nonsense as he can tolerate, Kennedy delivers his famous punchline: "You've been X'ed. You're on my hidden camera show called The Jamie Kennedy Experiment!"

The format vaguely resembles that of a much earlier TV show, Candid Camera, but with a lot more adult humor, off-color jokes, and pranks.

Due to falling ratings, the show was cancelled in April 2004. Jamie Kennedy has gone back to stand up comedy.

In Sweden, Norway and Denmark the show has been broadcasted on the Viasat networks TV3, ZTV and TV3+.
