The Noose is a 1928 film which tells the story of the life of a prisoner. It stars Richard Barthelmess, Montagu Love, Robert Emmett O'Connor and Thelma Todd.
The movie was adapted by Garrett Graham (titles) and James T. O'Donohoe from the play by Willard Mack and H.H. Van Loan. It was directed by John Francis Dillon.
It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor (Richard Barthelmess).
