The Seer I - Definition and Overview

The Seer is an Upper-level demon. She is a fictional character in the television series Charmed. She is played by Debbi Morgan.

A wise old Clairvoyant demon who served multiple Sources. She was more powerful than the Oracle, but always worked as an adviser. However her plan over the centuries was to become the new Source and rule over all evil. She was very patient, and content to wait for centuries for her plans to come to fruition. She was immune to spells and charms. This demon who has been around for thousands of years. Because she has the power to see the future, she is the advisor to The Source of all Evil. She is a magical craftsman and rarely kills unless she has to.

The Seer had managed to manipulate the entire situation to make Cole Turner the new Source of All Evil, so he can marry Phoebe and impregnate her so she can take the child within her, to make her the new Source.

The Seer was later vanquished by the Charmed Ones.
