Thomas Helveg (born June 24, 1971 in Odense) is a Danish international football (soccer) player, who currently plays defensive midfield for Norwich City in the English Premiership.

Prior to joining Norwich City, Helveg played for Odense BK (1988-94), Udinese (1994-98), AC Milan (1998-2003), and Inter Milan (2003-04).

A rock in the Danish defense for all of the 1990s and beyond, Helveg has compiled 87 caps for the Danish national team. He played for his country at the 1998 and 2002 World Cups, as well as Euro 96, Euro 2000, and Euro 2004.
